Good value for money.

Loved our stay. The entire room was full of comfort and warmth. I will be back when in Krabi again.

The breakfast option was OK. Whatever was great would finish up very quickly and would rarely get replenished.

Wonderful

Location of the property is 10/10, beach, bars, restaurants, night markets, everything is 10 minutes walk away, if you want to book a tour or hire a scooter for the day, there are plenty of places to choose from out side the hotel. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. Beds are insanly comfortable. It was our anniversary during our stay, our room was upgraded, which was such a nice surprise! Will definitely be staying again, best place to stay in Ao Nang!

Realy clean hotel and hotel's rooms. Big and clean swimmingpool. The towers for swimmingpool aviable for free. Near to main rood.

The aircondition was really loud. The first night it was hard to sleep. After few days we start to use to. We also have a problem with 5 beeds because there are not aviable such room ( which we book by booking service) we get biger room but still it was 4 beeds for 5 People. Nobody in hotel couldn't help us

Pleasant.

Kind staff, good food and bar, clean pool and nice rooms.

Rooms are badly sound isolative. Also the neighbour has disco every night so its quite noisy until 11/12pm.

Good value

Great location, a lot of restaurants nearby. No problem with drinks and snacks around the pool. Nice lobby where we sat in the evenings. Good breakfasts.

The pool was in the shade most of the day, the water was a little cold. There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom from time to time, but it could not be smelled in the room itself, just bathroom. There was no closet or a shelf to unpack in the room.

There is no self laundry, and when we stayed over had some electricity problem which took so long to recover as a suggestion I would say you should have generator in standby.

Ideal place with an affordable price

Ideal location, walking distance 10mins to the busiest street and Ao nang night market just at the corner. The room is so spacious for 4 persons.

There's no lift if you are staying at the higher floors and if you want to have a good shower after hang out outside, the rain shower head in toilet wasn't that great thou.

New and modern boutique hotel

Clean and comfortable rooms, with really comfortable beds, nice linen, good air conditioning and excellent bathroom. In a convenient area for all sights in old town. Safe area and plenty to do in the area. Great staff, great pool, all positive

Everything was good on this hotel !! Specially the kindness of the staff, they were so nice and helpful !! The room was so clean, with enough space, the bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was various, the swimming pool was clean and big. They even helped my friends to organize a surprise for my birth day, I had a lot of ballons on my bed, they even came with a b-day cake, they really were sooooo nice and I spent a great time in there !! Thanks again for everything :)

Loved the family room so much but hell lot to improve.

The Family room is sooo big and cozy. We loved it! Swimming pool was nice too. The kids playroom is a good idea, we loved it too. Most of the staff are friendly. Near halal restaurants. Location is okay, about 15minutes of walking to the beach (maybe less without kids)

Our room located on the third floor - no lift! We are family with 3small kids, so imagine going up the stairs for 3 freaking floor for 4days! No parking. Bathroom quite small. They said the breakfast spread is pork-free. For us, it’s not good enough as halal not only because no pork, but the handling if the chicken and beef too. So halal certificate is very important to us. The hot water pipe suddenly burst out of nowhere. We heard noises from bathroom while hanging out, and was shocked that the bathroom was flooded with water. Lucky my husband managed to turn off the main pipe, and also we were lucky this happened on our last night there.

Good hotel with nice vibes, close to Aonang beach (10' walk). Shops and restaurants very close. Good family room, nice decoration. Nice swimming pool.

There is not lift, which is not a problem for us, however as our room was along the stairs there was lots of noise. Also from the other room, walls are very thin. We had a room looking over the street, which was also quite noisy with tourists leaving for day trips in the early morning.

Toilet is smelly

I love how the rooms were facing the Swimming pool and you can get a very clear view of everything. Definitely love the house keeping staff there, they are so friendly and always smile to you.

The toilet is very smelly even though after cleaning the room and I do not know why. Didn’t really like the staffs working at the reception counter, their attitude were bad.

Nothing at all

Awful and extremely rude receptionists who found it hilarious to mock my family when we asked a simple question regarding an extra room key. Asked to immediately speak to a manager, however this request was refused. We have stayed in 6 hotels during out 4 weeks in Thailand and couldn't wait to leave this one. I usually read bad reviews and think "could it be that bad really?" or "maybe the guests are particularly fussy and demanding?". It was that bad and I'm very easy to please. Listed as a 4 star on Booking Com, however it is a 3 star everywhere else. My fault for not checking, however it still doesnt excuse the awful service.

Breakfast was standard and acceptable.

The room was small and nowhere to put clothes/suitcase. I didn't like the additional 10% service charge and then the additional 7% Government Tax on top of all prices shown. All prices were shown without these additional tax's which just increased the price for food/drinks.

Value for your money! Good practical and clean hotel!

The hotel is situated on a very central location. Good and friendly service. Nice cleaning ladies they cleaned the rooms very well. Every day free water. We had a nice view on the swimmingpool. The staff had good tips for good authtentic Thai restaurant in Krabi. We have eaten there and it was fantasticl. If you want to book for an activity inform also at the hotel. They know the reliables agencies. What I also liked was the pool table.

The breakfast was not so special and varied as you wished for. The coffee was mediocre. For a good coffee or breajfast we went to The Coffee Club - Ao Nang. We also didn't like that you only recieve a second key card if you pay a deposit.
